1.Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of gettikmp3.com (the “Website”) and the TikTok to MP3 converter offered on it (the “Service”), run by GetTikMp3 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Website or the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2.The Service

The Service lets you paste a link to a public TikTok video and download that video's sound as an audio file, such as MP3. The Service is free, runs in your web browser and does not require an account.

We do not host, upload or store TikTok videos or sounds in a public library. The Service only retrieves the audio for the specific link you submit, at your request.

3.Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4.Acceptable use

You may use the Service for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. When using the Service, you agree not to:

• download, copy or share content in a way that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights;
• use bots, scripts, crawlers or other automated tools to send requests to the Service;
• try to get around rate limits, security features or any other restriction we put in place;
• overload, disrupt or damage the Website, its servers or networks;

5.Copyright and your responsibility

Many TikTok sounds include music and other material protected by copyright. We do not own this content, and using the Service does not give you any rights to it.

• You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right to download and use any audio you get through the Service.
• Personal uses such as offline listening and creative practice are the intended use of the Service.
• Commercial use, including ads, monetized content and client work, requires the permission of the rights holder.

6.TikTok and third parties

GetTikMp3 is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd., and the name is used only to describe what the Service works with.

Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. The Service also relies on third-party services to work. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of TikTok or of any third-party service or website linked from the Website.

7.Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, fast or error-free. In particular:

• some videos cannot be converted, for example private, restricted, deleted or muted videos;
• changes made by TikTok or our providers may stop the Service from working, fully or in part;
• we may limit how many requests can be made in a period of time;
• we may change, pause or stop any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

8.Our content

The Website's design, text, graphics, logo and code, other than third-party content, belong to GetTikMp3 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

9.No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the quality of any audio file, that a file will match what you hear in the TikTok app, or that the Service will meet your needs.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GetTikMp3 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any content obtained through it. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to zero, or to the lowest amount permitted by law where you live.

Some countries do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11.Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless GetTikMp3 from any claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights, including copyright.

12.Suspension of access

We may block or limit access to the Service, for example from certain IP addresses or networks, if we believe it is being misused, if these Terms are broken, or to protect the Service and its users.
